Whirlpool®
Coverage for the job we finished.
Duration and exclusions are on your paperwork. This page explains the idea; it does not override the sheet you signed.
What workmanship covers
If we completed an approved repair, the labor on that repair may be covered for the period listed on your paperwork. The page you are reading does not invent a number of days that overrides what you were given in writing.
Parts are a separate conversation
When a component is required, we identify a genuine Whirlpool part for that model whenever that is how the repair is specified, and we tell you before it is ordered. Any parts warranty follows the supplier’s terms, which we include with the estimate.
You approve before it goes in
No part is installed on speculation. If you decline, you are not on the hook for that installation. Diagnosis time is explained when you book, not after the cabinet is open.
What is usually outside coverage
A different failure later, damage from a crushed vent or a skipped lint screen, impact to cooktop glass, and work done by someone else after we left are typical exclusions. Safety devices are not something we agree to bypass.
How to use the coverage
Call or write with the original job details and the new symptom. We will tell you whether it looks like the same repair or a new diagnosis. Keep the estimate; it is the record.
