What happens after we walk in.
Confirm the obvious, test the system that failed, price it, install only what you approved, and prove that job before we leave.
Arrive with the symptom, not a parts list
We want the model and serial from the rating plate, what failed (heat, cold, drain, spin), and any message still on the control. That information chooses the first tests.
Confirm the obvious without tearing down the cabinet
Doors that do not seal, crushed dryer hoses, dishwasher filters, and washer lids that never lock explain a large share of calls. We still treat those as findings, not as busywork.
Test the system that actually failed
A refrigerator gets temperatures and airflow. A dishwasher gets a drain path. A dryer gets heat versus vent restriction. We do not start in the control board because it is the expensive part.
Price the repair you might approve
You see the recommended work and the cost before a part is ordered. Declining is a valid outcome, including when replacement is the more honest path.
Install only what you accepted
If a component is replaced, it is the one identified for this model. We protect floors, restore panels, and do not leave safety covers in a box.
Prove the job that was sold
A cooling repair should pull down. A drain repair should empty the tub. A no-heat dryer should exhaust warm air. We are not certifying the rest of the appliance for the year.
Leave the paper trail
You keep the estimate, what was done, and the workmanship terms that apply to that completed repair. Questions after the visit go through the contact path on this site.

Book with the model tag and the failed function. The methodology is the visit, not a brochure.
Questions about a specific estimate belong with that job’s paperwork. General questions can go through contact.
