Service is offered in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Neighborhood pages on this site describe those areas. We do not maintain a national dispatch list, and we do not treat other metros as part of this practice.
ZIP code is the confirmation
City names overlap. A ZIP code and a gate or parking note tell us whether the address is in range and whether the truck can reach the appliance. If we cannot cover you, we say that up front.
When a visit is scheduled
Appointment windows depend on the day’s route, the type of appliance, and whether a part must be sourced after diagnosis. We give a window we can defend, not a same-day pledge as a marketing line.
Travel and access
High-rises, parking restrictions, and long carries into a unit can change how we plan the stop. Tell us about stairs, locked laundry rooms, and HOA rules when you book so the visit is the diagnosis, not a scouting trip.
If we stop covering an area
Coverage can shrink if routing no longer works. Existing booked visits are honored or rescheduled with you. This page is the policy; the booking confirmation is the commitment for a given day.
